She has denounced the unconstitutionality of the quarantine measures in Germany and as a result, she was taken into a mental institution.

Unfortunately, it’s not a horror movie nor the plot of a dystopic novel.

It’s what happened to the German lawyer Beate Banher in Heidelberg on the night of  Easter Sunday

The news was reported by the Rhein-Neicker-Zeitung, a German local newspaper of the Baden-Württemberg region.

The legal battle of Beate Banher

Miss Banher was probably among the first jurists and lawyers in Germany to question the constitutional compatibility of the quarantine decree signed by the federal government.

On April 3, the German lawyer presented a report of 19 pages in which she accurately explained why the lockdown measures were a gross violation of both the German constitution and the law for the containment of infectious diseases.

Miss Banher has her own website and she’s a renowned expert in the field of health law. In previous years, she was awarded a judicial prize for her professional efforts.

Wikipedia has an article dedicated to her biography in which her professional papers are listed.

So this is not certainly the picture of an insane woman. On the contrary, this is the biography of a respected and famous German jurist.

Her latest judicial battle is the one against the quarantine lockdown measures.

Miss Banher has radically questioned the governmental decree and she explained her reasons in one of her latest contributions.

“These measures are not justified by the Infection Protection Act, which was quickly revised just a few days ago. Week-long restrictions on going out and bans on contact based on the darkest model scenarios (without taking factual-critical expert opinions into account) as well as the complete closure of companies and businesses without any evidence of infection risk by these businesses and companies are grossly unconstitutional.”

Basically, the point of this judicial observation is quite simple. It’s not possible to detain the German people and to close every economic activity upon the mere presumption that someone could be infected.

This would mean a gross violation of the fundamental movement rights as well as of the ones about the political dissent.

A quarantine can’t end the constitution, as it’s also happening in Italy where  basic rights  are being suspended in the same way.

Therefore, Banher filed a motion to stop these unconstitutional provisions before the administrative court of the Baden-Württemberg region.

The local judges rejected it but the lawyer didn’t give up her efforts.

She presented another appeal before the Constitutional court which rejected her claims too.

The constitutional judges came to the conclusion that at this moment,  the need to protect public health overcomes the need to preserve the constitutional rights guaranties.

The scientific evidence which supports this conclusion is not overwhelming, and a renowned German virologist, Claus Koehnlein , has recently confirmed that the dangerousness of the coronavirus has been grossly overestimated.

Nevertheless, the counselor sent an email to the Constitutional court asking to not implement any ban against the coronavirus lockdown protests.

After this request, the German district attorney of Heidelberg opened an investigation against the lawyer who suggested on her website to disobey these restrictions.

On Thursday, the Mannheim police locked the access to her website but the following day the contents were still available.

On Easter Sunday, Beate wrote a post, which was removed later by the authorities, in which she suggested to go outside on Easter Monday and enjoy the free air.

Something which could be considered “subversive” in these actual times.

However, she also announced to her readers that she was going to take a break from her professional activity.

“I’m going to have a lockdown relax period for some week. It’s a shock when you realize that the noise of a helicopter is there for you. I could need a while in order to not be scared again by helicopters noises. Therefore I will not be able to answer to emails, to phone calls o to accept new assignments. I’m sure that you will understand and respect this choice. Thanks to everyone!”

This post was shared around 7 p.m. In the following hours, Beate was arrested by the police  who raided her apartment.

In an audio message sent to her sister after the arrest, Miss Banhers says that she was brutally attacked and hit.

The local authorities escorted her to a mental institution in which she was given food on the ground.

This is not happened in the USSR of the ’30s or in the Germany of Adolf Hitler. It has happened in Germany of Angela Merkel.

The article of the RNZ doesn’t tell much about the circumstances of this outrageous fact.

It quotes a policeman who described Banher as “confused”. Confused? Is this now a sufficient reason to lock a person into a mental institution in Germany?

Who ordered the arrest of a respected lawyer and her deportation into a madhouse?

The EU which is always more than ready to lash out at Orban didn’t say a single word about this blatant human rights violations.

If nobody stands up against this violation, therefore the only possible conclusion is that Europe has turned into a totalitarian regime.

A regime which is way worse than its Nazi or communist predecessors, because it disguised himself under a false reassuring mask of liberal respectability.

Europe is now entering into the last phase of the globalist dictatorship in which political dissent is no  longer tolerated.
